Support Portal Migration - Moving from Zendesk to Motion Applied Portal

We're excited to announce that we're migrating from Zendesk to our new Motion Applied Support Portal. This change will provide us with a more integrated and streamlined support experience for all our users.

What's Changing?#

Effective immediately, all support requests should be submitted through our new portal:

Why the Change?#

  • Better Integration: The new portal is tightly integrated with Motion Applied systems
  • Improved Experience: Better ticket tracking and collaboration with Oncar teams.
  • Streamlined Workflows: Improved organization and categorization of support requests

What You Need to Do#

  1. Update your bookmarks to the new portal URL
  2. When reporting issues or requesting assistance, use the new Motion Applied Support Portal
  3. Your support tickets and history remain accessible during the transition
